    The hand does not simply execute. 
    The hand perceives, learns, remembers and responds. 
    Our hands are constantly gathering information — texture, pressure, temperature, weight, resistance and movement.  
    Through touch and repeated experience, they develop a form of knowing that often exists before language.

    The Intelligent Hand explores this embodied intelligence through anatomy, neuroscience, sensory practice and touch. An invitation to refine the sensitivity of your hands — and discover what becomes possible when touching becomes less about doing and more about listening. 

    Your hands already know more than you think. The practice is learning how to listen.
    Weekly Schedule :
    Practice with me each week and build strength while deepening your relationship with yourself and your body. Each class is offered online at 6 PM (CET/ Berlin time), and you don’t need any equipment other than your hands. Each 75-minute session includes time for Q&A, making space for all your questions.
