In this four-week exploration of self-touch, somatic awareness, and mindful movement, you’ll soften protective layers, nourish your chest and rib cage, and reconnect with the natural aliveness that flows from an open heart.

    Through gentle release techniques, breath and fascia work, and heart-centered movement rituals, we’ll explore the electromagnetic field of the heart — the subtle space where emotion, connection, and vitality are felt and expressed.

    Whether you’re seeking to melt old armor, deepen intimacy with yourself and others, release tension in the chest, or simply live with more openness and presence, this program offers a grounded, embodied path to sensitivity, strength, and radiant connection.
    Weekly Schedule :

    Every class is held online every Wednesday at 6 PM (Berlin time), and all you need is a mat, a stool, and your body—no fancy equipment required. Each 75-minute session includes a Q&A, so there’s plenty of space to address any questions you have.
