    Awaken the intelligence of your jaw and the subtle pathways it opens through face, breath, and nervous system. In this four-week exploration of self-touch, somatic awareness, and mindful movement, you’ll soften habitual holding, nourish the jaw, face, and throat, and reconnect with the natural ease that emerges when the body feels safe to express.

    Through gentle release techniques, facial reflexology, breath, and nervous-system–informed movement rituals, we’ll explore the jaw as a key regulator — a threshold between emotion, voice, and inner orientation.

    Whether you’re seeking relief from clenching, grinding, headaches, or facial tension, longing for freer expression and clearer breath, or simply wishing to live with more softness and regulation, this program offers a grounded, embodied path to ease, expression, and inner steadiness.
    Weekly Schedule :

    Every class is held online every Wednesday at 6 PM (Berlin time), and all you need is a mat, a stool, and your body—no fancy equipment required. Each 75-minute session includes a Q&A, so there’s plenty of space to address any questions you have.
